Audit Of Insurance Companies What Happens When I Can't Pay An Insurance Audit In Full?

What happens when I can't pay an insurance audit in full? - audit of insurance companies

My company has a liability insurance audit premimu received last year that through in an additional $ 15,000 resulted. We are small and can not pay this bill in its entirety. I made weekly payments of the amount, but the insurance still wants the full payment and sent us to a collection agency. They do not accept even weekly payments. What now? We can not pay the bill in its entirety. You can sue for the full amount? What if we can not pay the court order?

Thanks

Yes, of course, you can sue for the amount! If you do not pay the court to order that the company can be closed and sold its assets to pay the owed sum.

You only have to work hard to pay. Silver Obviously it was enough to avoid this risk that controls a percentage of sales or payroll - I suggest you examine how money is managed in the company.
